charming stay with thoughtful touches
great location complimentary soda goody bag kind staff
The location is great, with easy access to trams and shops nearby. the hotel provided complimentary sodas, water, and fresh pastries each day. upon checking out, i received a goody bag with snacks. This was a nice touch. the staff members were genuinely kind, always greeting me with smiles.
the room was quite small, and it lacked a view. the lighting was limited. it would have been nice to have more natural light.

decent place with a few minor issues
friendly staff free pastries tiny rooms orange lights
the location was nice and near various attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. free coffee, tea, and some fresh pastries were available during the day. the goodbye goodie bag on check out were cute.
the rooms were super tiny. my room had no view, so all day and even in the evenings i was in darkness. i got up in the morning to get ready and had to use the ugly hotel orange lights, it was a little depressing by the end of my stay.
